THe side valley of the ENGADIN guides you to the direction of Italy and to the boarder of Italy. It`s a step to another culture and it will get much warmer. The vamous valley are Münstertal, Bergell and Puschlav.
Münstertal
Above the Ofenpass, direction Meran there is the monastery St. Johann -built in the 14. century. You can visit the church and the Unesco world culture heritage.
Bergell
Down from the Maloja pass you will find Bergell. The places Soglio, Pomontogno, Stampa, Castasegna are particul destinations worth seeing.
Several walking trails lead to Soglio:
